Budget Priorities

A budget is an itemized summary of probable expenses and income for a given period. Or, you may prefer to think of it as a way to keep from running out of money before you run out of month! No matter how you refer to it, it’s a tool to help you prioritize your spending and manage your money—no matter how much or how little you have.

What are your priorities for creating a budget for your home and why?

The priorities of my home budget is not to buy more kinds of supplies. Like cleaning supplies, dishes, and more food when we don't need it. We will monitor our credit scores. And also pay the money for the home loan. And the last thing we will do is not use the car and spend money on gas.

In my home I choose to pay cash for anything I choose to purchase because in my past experience with family members using credit cards it put them in debt of over $20,000.00 which didn't allow them to purchase the home they wanted.

TO CONTINUE SAVING MONEY FOR MY KIDS FOR COLLEGE AND STOP SPENDING MONEY ON THINGS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED. CUT DOWN ON WASTING MONEY ON JUNK FOOD FOR THE KIDS AT THE STORE AND EATING OUT TWICE A WEEK.
